Mike is an all-star. He really goes the extra mile and really helped us navigate some challenging situations with the seller of the property we purchased. Mike always went to bat for us and really tried hard to accommodate our requests and questions (and we had a lot of them!). Mike really had our best interests in mind and always provided practical and realistic advice on how to move forward when we hit a hurdle. The advice we received was never first what would be “easiest” but always what would be “best” for us. For us this was really reassuring throughout the process and allowed us to move forward in confidence. I won’t hesitate to contact Mike again when the time comes.
