I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Mike Morales for 30 years. I first met Mike when we worked at the same company and my role was to provide HR support to him and his highly respected customer service organization. He was an absolute joy with which to work. In partnering with him, he always made thoughtful decisions, was very professional, responsive, and fun. He clearly cared about delivering an excellent customer experience. He was widely respected, as he continued to evolve his professional career in several companies, and then managed a successful transition to independent consulting. After following his dream of moving to the Sierra Foothills, it’s been great to visit and see him in his element with his wife and dogs in their beautiful homestead there.
Mike is a wonderful, genuine, competent person who is extremely well- organized with a business background that supports his excellent communications skills, comprehensive research abilities, and a proven history of success, all which transfer seamlessly to his current career in real estate.
