Prior to meeting Mike Morales, he took the initiative to send me a link to a home for sale in our neighborhood. It was exactly what we were looking for, unbeknownst to him. We made offer and and it was accepted that night. He took time to show me the home (for ideas, measuring) many times (patient man). He made the whole “buying” process easy. He also sold our home and made the selling process just as easy; both times: short escrows. He helped us navigate the home inspections, always giving us excellent advice. My husband and I have found Mike to be the fastest and best communicator, kind, interested in our welfare, and certainly KNOWLEDGEABLE in all things real estate.
