I first met Mike Morales at an open house in Sonora Hills. I was looking to sell my house in Twain Harte and purchase one in Sonora Hills. We talked briefly and then I gave him my email to keep in touch.
He was great! Every couple of weeks he would send me emails advising homes that were for sale in my price range either in Sonora or Sonora Hills.
When it came time to sell my house in Twain Harte, he hired a “Stager” to help make my house look even more presentable and also hired a photographer to take pictures of my house for advertising. I could not ask for a better Realtor. I highly recommend him!
